In 2004, Dr. Tom Smith and a group of concerned citizens of Cashiers, North Carolina, set out to provide a free, Christian focused  dental clinic for the less fortunate . In 2006, Mel Livernois joined this group as a volunteer dentist.  Since then, it had been totally funded with charitable donations. No state, federal nor insurance reimbursemnet is allowed by it's charter.

All dentists deliver professional services free of charge as a charitable donation.

This is a remarkable organization and worthy of your abundant donations.

Our Mission

The mission of BRMHP is to deliver high quality dental and other health services to individuals and families who are otherwise unable to  obtain such services. Formed by a coalition of churches in Western North Carolina, BRMHP works to bring together communities to develop the financial, physical and volunteer resources necessary to accomplish this mission.

We are supported by area churches, grants, foundations, private donations, volunteers and area organizations.
